Megan Andrews, a beloved long-time resident, was riding her bike on the serene Woodcrest Road, anticipating a cozy dinner with her husband Frank, when a collision with a young boy on an electric bicycle occurred. Despite the prompt response of the Fire Department Emergency personnel, Andrews was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center, where she tragically passed away, leaving a profound loss in the hearts of her family and the Key Biscayne community.
