**Local News Update: Fatal Two-Car Crash in Draper**

In a tragic incident on Thursday night in Draper, one person lost their life and multiple individuals were hospitalized following a two-car collision. According to Lt. Mike Elkins of the Draper Police Department, the crash occurred around 10:30 p.m. near the Jordan River Rotary Park at 700 W. 12300 South.

While the investigation is still in its early stages, it is known that two cars were involved in the crash. Emergency services transported one person from one car and an adult along with three children from the other car to a nearby hospital. Regrettably, one of these individuals has passed away. The authorities are currently working on informing the deceased person’s family of the tragic event.

The exact cause of the accident is under investigation, with speed being considered a potential factor. The community is urged to exercise caution in the area.
