Four individuals were injured, including one critically, in Daytona Beach on Sunday morning when a car driven recklessly crashed through a wall and struck a utility pole. According to Daytona Beach fire Lieutenant Antwan Lewis, all four occupants of the vehicle were under the age of 18, with one being ejected from the car during the incident.

The Daytona Beach Fire Department responded to the crash at 6:50 a.m. on North Oleander Avenue, where they found the car had plowed through a concrete block wall and collided with the utility pole. The ejected individual was rushed to Halifax Health Medical Center as a trauma alert, while the other three occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Witnesses reported that the car was speeding at over 90 mph, performing dangerous maneuvers in the area before the crash occurred near Belair Plaza. Thankfully, there were no fatalities reported in the incident, and the Daytona Beach Police Department is currently investigating the matter.
