Following the collision between a pickup truck and a car, authorities, including a police deputy and emergency medical service responder, arrived at the scene. Tragically, four individuals were found deceased on-site, with a fifth victim succumbing to injuries later at the University of Wisconsin – Madison hospital.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the truck was traveling westbound on Highway 60 while the car was headed eastbound. The car’s driver allegedly veered across the center line, resulting in the fatal impact with the oncoming truck.

Authorities are continuing their investigation into the crash but have refrained from releasing the victims’ identities until their families are notified. Our thoughts are with all those affected by this heartbreaking incident.
